2017 Ride for Heart
With the right funding, doctors predict they could unlock the genetic puzzle behind cardiovascular disease within as little as 5 years. Your donation will make a difference.
This is the 30th year for the Ride for Heart, and happy to say my 7th year participating in the Ride. With your generous support I have been able to personally raise close to $65,000.00. Funds that has gone towards life saving research.... THANK YOU.
With your donation, 2017 can be another great year.
Why this is so important to me??
My dad had a heart attack at age 46, shortly after he had a triple bypass (the same my mother also underwent open heart surgery). At the age of 55… a couple of days before Father’s day, he received news that his new heart had arrived, and he underwent a heart transplant. The surgery changed his life…. and our lives for the best…. at least for a few months. Unfortunately, the anti rejection medications have side effects…. After a 3 month battle with cancer, my dad lost his battle.
---- Your donation can change this ending for someone else
I’m doing this In memory of my father, and all those who have lost the battle, and in honour of my mother, and all heart and stroke survivors
In advance, I Thank You!!
