Save a Life Today!!!
Heart disease is the number one cause of death in women although many women continue to think of heart disease as a man’s disease. Women’s heart attack symptoms can also be quite different from men’s. Statistics indicate that every 7 minutes someone dies from heart disease and stroke in Canada. Thankfully I do not have any personal tear-jerking stories to share however in researching for a cause that meant enough for me to become involved, I have listened to a number of testimonials that has touched me and prompted me to participate in the Becel Heart & Stroke Ride for Heart on June 4th, 2017.
For those who know me well, it may be a tear-jerking experience just to see me on a bike! Please support me and the countless individuals who will benefit from your generosity. The Heart & Stroke Foundation continues to make strides in leading research that has helped save so many lives in Canada. Stay informed and spread the word, you never know who’s life you may save!
