Watch Norm support the Run this year
You already know running is a great heart-healthy activity. By joining The Becel Heart&Stroke Ride for Heart, you run in support of critical research. That’s a powerful combination: running for your own health and the health of all Canadians.
The reason is simple yet alarming: Every 7 minutes, heart disease or stroke take a Canadian life. And another family is devastated. We need your help to change that. Your fundraising helps ensure critical research can continue. It’s that research that will help save lives and support survivors and their families. That’s why we ask participants (aged 18+) raise at least $100, in addition to their registration fee.
